- What counts as a search?
- Running a prompt, job description or Boolean search in a project. Editing filters or criteria on an existing search doesn't count again.
- What are contact credits?
- Revealing an email costs 1 credit and a phone number 3. Seeing the same person's details again is free. Credits renew monthly on paid plans; the free tier gets a one-off allowance.
- Can I bring my whole team?
- Growth covers up to 5 seats; Business is unlimited and adds hiring-manager seats (review-only, free) and SSO / SCIM.
- Is my data in Canada?
- Yes. Jorbit runs in Toronto on DigitalOcean. Candidate data comes from public professional profiles, and erasure requests are honoured everywhere.
- Do you offer annual billing?
- Yes; the yearly price is shown per month and billed once a year. Switch any time from Settings → Plan & billing.
